How to change a member's role, deactivate or remove them
Short answer: In Administration → Members, use the role list and Update to change a role, Deactivate to pause access while keeping the member, or Remove to take them out of the organization.

Roles:
Owner: everything, including billing and ownership. Administrator: members, licences, security, AI policy, settings and audit; can view billing but cannot change it. Member: uses the applications they are licensed for. Billing Administrator: billing and licences only.
