How to import an existing improvement or CAPA register
Short answer: Open Import an existing register, paste the rows or upload a CSV, Excel, Word or text file of at most 2 MB, and choose List candidates. Accept or reject each candidate; accepted rows become candidate opportunities, open problems or draft processes, never closed or verified.
