How to disconnect a system, and what happens to imported data
Short answer: Open the connection and choose Disconnect…: PVology lists exactly what happens, then Disconnect stops its schedules and webhooks and revokes its credential. Imported records stay in their applications, and external references, jobs, logs and the audit trail are kept. Nothing is deleted.
