How to create and compare countermeasures (evaluate improvement alternatives)
Short answer: On Countermeasures and approval choose Add a countermeasure with the causes it addresses. Add alternatives, rate them (criterion × weight = contribution) and decide Selected, Rejected or Deferred with a reason. Selecting needs a cause that is at least likely; every countermeasure stays visible.
