How to create an outgoing webhook

Short answer: Connect → Webhooks → Add an endpoint: enter the HTTPS address of your receiver, choose the events (each at its current version) and the payload format, and choose Add endpoint. Copy the signing secret from the Shown once box and verify every request's signature.
