Keep contract notices and claims with their deadlines

Steps

1. Open the project, choose Profile & settings and switch on Notices & claims under Optional modules.
2. Open More → Notices & claims and choose Record an event. Enter what happened, the contract clause or reference, the notice deadline, the owner and the evidence (records, letters, photos, document numbers).
3. Update the notice status when the notice is sent or acknowledged, and the claim status as it moves on.
