How to choose API permissions (scopes)
Short answer: Each API client has only the permissions you choose, from 14 scopes such as Read projects, Update the project register, Send measure actuals, Send evidence for review or Run import jobs. No scope is granted by default and none implies another. Change them on the client with Change permissions.
