How to assign a licence to a member
Short answer: Open Menu → Administration → Licenses, choose the Person and the License type under Assign a license and choose Assign. The member can use the plan's applications straight away.

Before you start
You must be an owner, administrator or billing administrator, and the organization needs a paid plan (Team or Business). The person must already be a member.
