Developer guide: pagination, filtering and field selection

Short answer: Lists answer { data, nextCursor }. Ask for 1 to 200 records with ?limit= (100 by default) and pass ?cursor=<nextCursor> for the next page. Filters are listed per endpoint (for example status and updatedSince); ?fields= selects only the fields you need from those the endpoint may return.
