Why was a candidate suggested, and how do I accept or dismiss it?

Short answer: A candidate is an opportunity suggested from a pattern (a measure off track twice running, a recurring problem, recurring findings on one control, lessons on several projects, repeated delays, deals lost for one reason, an imported row). Open Opportunities → Candidates, then Accept as an opportunity or route it as no action or duplicate.
